Set up
Two things before you press record: put the phone on your head, and check three camera settings. It takes a minute.
Wear your phone on your head
Strap the phone to your forehead with a headband or head mount, camera tilted down so it sees your hands. Both hands stay free for the task. Never hold the phone, and never place it on a table or shelf.
Any cheap phone head strap works, and so does a homemade one. An elastic headband or a cap with the phone clipped on is fine, as long as it sits on your head and points down at your hands.
Check the camera settings
Most phones already record 1080p at 30 fps. Usually the only thing to change is the zoom.
Record
Pick one everyday chore and do it at normal speed. No acting, no setup.
Keep your hands in the shot
The whole point of the clip is your hands doing the task. If they drift out of view, the clip loses its value and its payout. One hand is fine when the task only needs one.
Move your head naturally when walking or turning. Just avoid sudden jerky moves, and do not block the lens with your body or clothes.
Give the camera enough light
The test is simple: if your hands are clearly visible in the recording, the light is fine. Bright rooms and dim rooms both work. Darkness does not.
Also avoid flickering lights and fully washed-out white areas.
Finish the task on camera
One task, one clip, start to finish. Pick up the object, use it, put it down, and show the result before moving on. Do not stop recording halfway.
Keep people out of the shot
This is the strictest rule. A visible face or personal detail means the clip is rejected, and rejected clips do not pay. Check the room before recording, not after.
Fine to show
- Your hands and arms
- The room and furniture
- Objects and appliances
- Food, clothes, everyday items
Never show
- Any face, yours or anyone's
- Photos of people on walls or shelves

Upload
Send the file exactly as the phone saved it, and run the final check below.
Upload the raw file
Any change after recording gets the clip rejected. No trimming, no filters, no brightness or color fixes, no text, stickers, or effects. Straight from the camera roll to the upload.
