JMPT TECHNOLOGIES OÜ (“JumpTask”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) serves to describe our practices on the collection and use of your personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. 
By visiting our website, accessing, installing or using our services, as well as by submitting your personal data to us in any other way (e.g. by contacting us), you confirm your express agreement to be legally bound by the Policy. If you do not wish to be bound by the Policy, you must refrain from doing any of the above.
We may from time to time and in our sole discretion choose to update the Policy as we implement new personal data practices or related processes. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the latest version of the Policy.

1. Use of your data

JumpTask provides its users with a platform, using which you may complete tasks to receive earnings as well as payouts for gathered earnings. For this functionality to work properly, as well as for the full functioning of our website, we must access and collect certain personal data of yours. 

2. Types of data JumpTask may collect from you

a) Information collected on our website

Access logs. As almost any other website, we collect access log information when you visit our website. This information is gathered with the purpose of efficiently operating our website and protecting it against various cyber threats.
Cookies. We use various cookies to process your data when you visit our website. You can read more on what cookies we use in the detailed cookie table provided in Section 8 of the Policy.
b) Information collected while using our application
Access logs. Information used by us to prevent potential cyberthreats against our services (e.g., IP address, browser type, etc.)
Device information. Information such as your device type, IP address, browser type. This information is only collected in cases of errors while using our application for the purposes of correcting it and preventing it from recurring in the future.
Log-in information. We collect your crypto wallet public key, your email and last login date to our service platform.

c) Communication data

Email address. We use your email address to: i) send you important updates and announcements related to your use of the Services and Websites; ii) respond to your requests or inquiries; iii) send you offers, surveys, and other marketing content (you can opt-out of those at any time).
Customer support inquiries. We process the information that you provide to our customer support team that was necessary to resolve the query. Depending on what information is necessary, it can consist of, but not limited to: your country name, information of your OS, email address, crypto wallet address, etc.
Communication optimization data. We use various tools to help us optimize our emailing campaigns. These tools may track actions you perform with an email, such as open it or unsubscribe from further communication. We may also be able to see the user device’s operating system (e.g., Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) and country in order to optimize push and email notifications and automatically set the language.
Chatbot. If you contact us via our chatbot on our Websites, we will be able to collect your device information and IP address.
Live chat bot. If you contact us via live chat bot on Discord or Telegram, in addition to processing your contact information, we will also process your device information (such as type of the operating system and browser) and IP address. This information is necessary for our support to determine the user’s country, prevent abuse, and help our support to process queries faster.

​d) Referrals data

Information for participating in referral programs. Participation in referral programs maintained by JumpTask requires referrers to submit personal data (e.g., full name, e-mail address, relationship with the referred party) about themselves and a referred party so that JumpTask could i) reach out to the referred party; ii) contact referrers with regards to their participation in referral programs and/or provision of rewards. It is the referrer’s responsibility to abide by applicable privacy laws when disclosing third parties’ personal data to JumpTask, including informing third parties that they are providing referred parties’ personal data to JumpTask and how it will be used and processed. Referred parties may unsubscribe from any future communication at any time. If you believe that one of your contacts has provided us with your personal data and you would like it to be removed from our database, please contact us at: [email protected]

e) Promotional games data

Information for participating in our promotional games (e.g., sweepstakes, giveaways, contests). When you decide to participate in any promotional game that requires additional personal information, you will be explicitly requested to provide it. The personal data we ask you to provide typically includes your full name, e-mail address, information about the purchased subscription plan. However, you have the right to refuse to provide such information and cease your participation in the promotional game at any time. In certain cases we also may share the mentioned data with third parties that help us to organize/coordinate such promotional games. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of each promotional game in which you participate as they may contain specific additional information about the processing of your personal data. If the terms and conditions of such promotional games concerning the treatment of your personal data conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of such promotional games shall prevail.

f) Social networks data

Account data. For the purpose of managing and administering our profiles on social networks (e.g., “Facebook”, “Instagram”, “Twitter”, “LinkedIn”, “YouTube”, “Telegram”, “Discord” accounts), we may collect and process your publicly accessible personal data (e.g., full name, social network profile name, pictures, and/or public comments) you provided voluntarily.

3. Sharing of data

To be able to provide our services, we may use certain third-party service providers (data processors) to process your personal data. Such service provider’s access to your personal data is limited to purposes of data storage and retrieval and we share with them only the personal data that is necessary to share in order to provide our services, support or access to our website and they do not use or access to your personal information for any purpose other than data storage and retrieval.
Some of our main long-term service providers:
  • Live chat and support service platform, e.g., Zendesk (provided by Zendesk Inc.)
  • Emailing service providers, e.g., Mailerlite (provided by MailerLite Inc.)
  • Marketing, application analytics and diagnostics, e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics (provided by Google)
  • Conversion attribution system, e.g., Hasoffers (provided by Tune Inc.)
  • Browser push notifications system, e.g. – PushEngage (provided by Awesome Motive Inc.)
Other than this, we will not be sharing your personal data to any other third parties, except for:
  • Our partners to the extent where such sharing is necessary for us to provide our services (e.g. complete a task within our application);
  • Competent authorities in cases where the disclosure of your personal data is requested by law, court order, or, to enforce any of our rights under an agreement between us or otherwise protect our rights;
  • We receive your prior authorization to do so;
  • It is necessary in order to address emergencies, disputes, or claims.
In any of the cases described above, your personal data may be transferred to another governmental jurisdiction, where data protection may vary from the ones in your local jurisdiction. In any case, in order to establish proper protection of your personal data, we aim to ensure the compliance of any of our partners or service providers located countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) by including data protection-related clauses in agreements with such parties.

4. For how long do we keep your personal data for?

JumpTask will store your personal data for a time period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data was collected for, as described in the Policy as well as to the extent necessary to comply with any of our legal obligations. In any case, we will not keep your personal data for longer than what is specified in the applicable laws and regulations. 

5. Your rights regarding your personal data

You have and may exercise any of the following rights with regards to your personal data collected by us:
  • Access. Right to receive a copy of your personal data that we have collected about you.
  • Amend. Right to update or correct the personal information that we have on you.
  • Delete. Right for your data we have collected to be deleted. 
  • Information. Right for you to be informed about your personal data collected and how it is processed.
  • Limit processing. Right to limit the processing of your personal data in cases where it is not being processed with the applicable laws or regulations.
  • Object to processing. Right to object to the processing of your personal data in cases the processing of your personal data was legitimate interest (unless we have other reasons for such processing such as filing or defending against legal claims).
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, if you believe that your personal data is processed in a way that violates your rights and legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw your consent. If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing of your data before the withdrawal.
  • Opt-out. If you wish to unsubscribe from our communication, you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email or contacting us at [email protected].
We may refuse to satisfy your request pursuant to an applicable exception to subjects’ rights set out in the applicable privacy laws or if your request is found to be unfounded or disproportionate. Should we refuse to satisfy your request, we will give you our reasons for such refusal in writing.

6. Security of your personal data

To keep your data secure, we have implemented and maintain security measures aimed at minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or misuse of your personal information. We constantly test and update these processes to keep them up-to-date and effective. We also make sure to only provide access to your personal information to those employees or partners of ours to whom such access is necessary for us to be able to provide our services to you. 

7. Third party applications/surveys

Please note that in using the JumpTask platform, you may be provided opportunities to access and use applications or surveys provided by third parties. The information collected by such third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy and may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us.
JumpTask will not in any case be responsible for the handling of your information by such third parties when you access or use their applications or surveys, which is done at your sole discretion and risk. Accordingly, we advise you to get acquainted with privacy policies and information security practices of any such third party before accessing or starting to use their applications or surveys.

8. Information of children

JumpTask does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age that requires a consent or authorization for data processing from the holder of parental responsibility. 
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with personal data, please contact us. 
Should we become aware that we have collected personal data of such children without the required verification or parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
